Do this step by step
- Click the Learning tab.
- Select My Courses & Curriculums from the dropdown.
- Click the three dot menu next to the course and select Edit Course.
- Click the Completion and certificate tab.

Under the Completion criteria section, set your requirements for Max points available, Percentage of slides viewed, Percentage of audio played, and Test score needed to pass.
Note: We recommend setting the audio playback percentage to 80 or less, because 100 percent means missing even one second will prevent the learner from completing the course.
Only include a test score requirement if you have added at least one question slide to the course. - Check the box for Display completion indicator in learner if you want to show a progress status bar to the student.
- Check Link to completion results to let learners click the indicator to see their exact progress and question results.

Scroll down to the Completion Branching section to choose what happens after the learner completes the course.
Note: You can only select one branching option at a time.

Select Do nothing, Go to presentation, Go to web link, Go to completion results, or Go to completion certificate.
Tip: If you select Go to presentation, click Find to search for and select the specific destination presentation.
- Scroll down to the Certificate section and check Display certificate to make the certificate available in the student's Learning Locker.

Select a custom certificate template from the drop-down menu, if applicable, and type your customized text in the Certificate Message box.

- Check Email certificate to the user to send it automatically upon completion.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
