Key features

  • Practice interactions with an artificial intelligence partner
  • Select unique communication styles for your virtual customer
  • Set up a numerical grading scale or a pass/fail system
  • Add an interactive assessment to a learning curriculum

You need this to succeed

  • Plan: Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Readiness, or Bigtincan RolePlayAI
  • Roles and privileges: Learning Author, Learning Administrator, or Company Administrator
  • Prerequisites: You must have the user privilege to create coaching activities

Do this step by step

  1. Click the Learning tab and select Create Course from the dropdown.
  2. From the Course type drop-down menu, select Coaching Course.
  3. In the Create section, Select Roleplay Course and then click Continue.
  4. Type a name for your course in the Title field and add Instructions for participants on the General tab.
  5. To add content, click the upload icon and choose a file from your device, or click Select Brainshark content to select assets from your Brainshark instance.
  6. To choose reviewers, click Select and select the users or groups you wish to assign as reviewers. Click Save. Alternatively, select the option to assign a participant’s manager or designated Coach.
  7. Click the Scenario tab to configure your AI Roleplay Partner.
  8. Select a behavior from the Communication style drop-down menu.
  9. Click the Feedback and grading tab to select your grading system and modify your feedback categories.

Note: If a Roleplay activity uses No grading, it does not generate a score. If the course requires a passing score, update one of these before publish: Change Roleplay grading to Rating or Pass/Fail, or remove the score requirement in the completion criteria.

  10. Click the More tab to establish your email notifications and leaderboards.
  11. Click Save and return to course.
  12. Complete the standard course settings on the course details page.
