Create a checklist course

Create a predefined list of tasks or actions for learners to follow using a checklist course. This provides a structured approach that lets your audience focus on specific tasks while you can easily monitor their progress.

Do this step by step

  1. Click the Learning tab and select Create Course from the dropdown.
  2. Select the Checklist Course from the Course type drop-down menu.
  3. Type a name for your course in the Title field.
  4. Select a location from the Folder drop-down menu and Click Continue.
  5. Click Edit Checklist to add instructions for the user.
  6. Click Add New Item to begin adding your checklist items.
  7. Click the three dot menu next to an item to copy or delete it, or to add it above or below. You can also set an item as a category to add other items under it.
  8. To reorder items, click and drag the 6 dot icon into your desired order.

    Tip: Brainshark recommends keeping a checklist to no more than 50 items.

  9. Click Apply in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
  10. Click To Course Details to return to the course page.
