Do this step by step
- Click the Learning tab and select Create Course from the dropdown.
- Select the Checklist Course from the Course type drop-down menu.
- Type a name for your course in the Title field.
- Select a location from the Folder drop-down menu and Click Continue.
- Click Edit Checklist to add instructions for the user.
- Click Add New Item to begin adding your checklist items.
- Click the three dot menu next to an item to copy or delete it, or to add it above or below. You can also set an item as a category to add other items under it.

To reorder items, click and drag the 6 dot icon into your desired order.
Tip: Brainshark recommends keeping a checklist to no more than 50 items.
- Click Apply in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
- Click To Course Details to return to the course page.
