This helps you align system-generated messages with your corporate branding, standardize email headers and footers, and ensure users receive accurate instructions and recognition.

Do this step by step
Set the company-wide email templates
- Click your profile drop-down menu and select Administration.
- Click Company in the left-hand menu.
- Click Manage Templates.
- Select Email Templates from the menu.
- Update the following properties based on your company’s needs:

Company Wide Header and Footer: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across your organization's automated communications by establishing a standard header and footer that will automatically appear on all company emails sent from your Brainshark site.
- The content you include above {{HTMLBODY}} will be included as a header on all HTML emails sent from your Brainshark site. The content below the white box will be included as a footer.
- Use the rich text editing options at the top of the editor to adjust your text.
- If you'd like to add an image, it must be publicly available online. To add an image, click the image icon, paste the image URL, then click Insert.
- Click the image in the editor to use any of the image adjustment tools.
- New User Email: Control the automated welcome email sent when new users are added to your Brainshark site. You can use the HTML (Optional) feature to insert images and adjust the text formatting.
- Sharing Email: Manage the default email template generated when a user uses the "Share" feature to invite someone to view a presentation. You can customize the default email introduction and closing statement (footer) for these invitations, with each text box allowing up to 1,024 characters.

- Click Save to apply your changes.
Set the default certificate templates
- Click your profile drop-down menu and select Administration.
- Click Company in the left-hand menu.
- Click Manage Templates.
- Select Certificate Templates from the menu and update the following options:
- Presentation Certificate: Modify the default message displayed on the certificate awarded to a viewer upon successfully meeting the completion criteria for a standalone Brainshark presentation.
- Course Certificate: Modify the default text on the certificate issued to a student upon completing a formal learning course within Brainshark Learning.
- Curriculum Certificate: Modify the default text on the certificate awarded to a student after they complete a curriculum of courses.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: Do not edit the default parameters (such as <<PresentationTitle>> or <<FirstName>>). The system will automatically replace these with live data when sending the email or certificate. Learn more about certificate parameters.
