Navigating to Platform Administration

There are two primary ways to navigate to the Platform Administration area. Below will take you through both options.

• Through Sign in Process
• 9 Dots Menu

Through Sign in Process

1. Access the login portal through identity.bigtincan.com:
2. Sign in as you normally would from your company setup.
3. Once the sign in is complete you will see the option screen to choose which solution you would like to access. At the bottom of the list you will see Platform Administration.
4. After selecting the Platform Administration option, you will be directed here for the configuration.

9 Dots Menu

The second way to access Platform Administration, once you are already logged into the platform, is through the 9 Dots Menu. 

1. Navigate to the top left corner of your screen to the corner and select the 9 Dots.
2. Navigate down the list and select the Platform Administration option under the Explore section.
3. This will bring you to the Platform Administration area for further configurations.
