Overview
Turning on the Configuration Bundle enables organizations to control and customize how users create and manage Share links. Administrators can grant permissions such as allowing users to create Share links, edit link expiry dates, and determine how Access Forms are applied—whether disabled, optional, or mandatory. Once sharing is enabled, all settings are managed from the Sharing section in Platform Configuration, where admins can define defaults for email or link sharing, set story and link-sharing preferences, enable Access Forms by default, and configure link expiration timelines. These options give teams fine-grained control over content sharing, ensuring it aligns with security, data collection, and collaboration needs.

Link Sharing Defaults
Admins are able to adjust the default options for when users create a Share Link.
Add Access Form by default
- If the Access Form is enabled and set to optional for a Configuration Bundle then this setting will automatically enable Access Forms for all users creating a Share.
- For users who have optional Access Forms, they can remove the Access Form.
- For users who have mandatory Access Forms, this setting has no impact.
- For users who do not have Access Forms enabled, this setting has no impact.
Default Link Expiry Duration
- Admins can turn on Link Expiry by default with this setting and set the default expiration timeline in “Days”.
- If users have the ability to change expiration dates in their configuration bundle then they will be able to adjust the default timeline, if that is not enabled for them then every link will have the default timeline.
Expired Links Can Be Extended
If this is enabled, all users who create a Share Link will have the ability to reactivate the link after it expires. Reactivated links will have the same expiration timeline that was set during Link creation.
