You need this to succeed
- Plan: Bigtincan Authoring, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
- Roles and Privileges: Company Administrator or Folder Administrator
Do this step by step
- Click your profile name in the top right corner.
- Select Administration.
- Click Folders and select Edit folder from the menu on the left.
- Find the folder you want to edit and click properties.
- Check the box for Content in this folder requires approval.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Note: Once this setting is enabled, any changes made by a content author will remain hidden from viewers until a Folder Administrator reviews and approves the updates.
