This is useful when you need to share complete training materials, including all audio, slides, animation timings, and attachments, across different organizational portals without having to rebuild the content from scratch.

- Permissions: Company Administrator (for both the source and destination portals)
- Prerequisites: A completed Cross Company Copy form
Do this step by step
- Complete the Cross Company Copy form.
All columns on the form are required except for the Presentation Title and the Reason for Copying.

Send the email request to Support@Bigtincan.com.
Note: A Company Administrator from both the source and destination portals must provide email approval for Support to process the request. This approval must come directly from the exact email address associated with the Company Administrator account in Brainshark.

Wait for Bigtincan Support to process the form and complete the transfer.
Note: You cannot copy password-protected presentations, curriculums, coaching activities, HTML5 presentations, or SCORM courses. If you are copying a Brainshark learning course, provide the presentation ID. It will copy as a presentation in the destination site and must be manually converted back into a course. The copied presentation will have a new presentation ID and URL, and prior reporting data will not carry over.
