The ‘All Users’ widget is the number of all users across the platform. This number represents the total number of users that are able to log in at any given time.
The ‘Engaged Users’ widget is the number of users that have visited the platform within the past 30 days from the date you are viewing the dashboard. ‘Of all Users’ is the percentage of engaged users out of all users.
The ‘Unengaged Users’ widget is the number of users who have not visited the platform in the past 30 days. However, these users have visited in the past.
The ‘Never Active Users’ widget is the number of users who have never accessed the platform.
The lists below the widgets feature the User ID, Email, Last Active Date, and Days Since Last Activity for users according to each list.
