User Engagement Details Dashboard
Everyone will receive their own username and password that they will be able to use when signing into Bigtincan Analytics.
Changing your Password

Click on the person icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Select My Profile from the list.

Click on Password in the left menu.

Enter your Current Password.

Type in and confirm a new password and click on the Save button.
Navigation
On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the navigation panel. Simply find and click on the dashboard or folder name you would like to open!
In the center of the page, you will find your dashboards and reports. You can search for a particular dashboard by clicking on the Search field and entering the name or details of the dashboard you are looking for.
Selecting the list view icon allows you to view your dashboards within a list view.
The list view also allows you to select multiple dashboards at once. This could be helpful if you would like to delete or copy more than one dashboard at a time. The list view showcases more information about the dashboard as well.

Navigating to Dashboard Pages
Once you select a dashboard from the list, it will open up a page that contains all of the dashboard’s given analytics.

The Dashboard page will be made up of a bunch of widgets that contain different types of information.
When navigating to dashboard pages, you can access your dashboard navigation panel by clicking on the arrow button on the left-hand side of the page.

Clicking the arrow on the right-hand side of the page will expose the filter panel.

Viewers will be able to select from pre-determined filters.

They can toggle these filters on and off.

Users with design capabilities will have the option to delete, edit, and add new filters.

Pulse
The Pulse page showcases any widgets or data that you have subscribed to.
Folder Structure
Users will be able to find all of the folders that they have access to under the navigation panel. If the logged-in user has designer capabilities, they will be able to add additional folders by clicking on the add folder icon below. You can even add subfolders! Users will now be able to create a folder structure that makes the most sense to them.
