Do this step by step

1. Click your profile in the top right and click Administration.
2. Click Company from the left navigation panel.
3. Click Scorecards.
4. Select the checkbox for the specific user role that you want to access Scorecards. Note: Enabling the All Users setting automatically enables each role listed, including students or end users who do not carry any other specific role.
5. Click Save.
6. When you enable Scorecard access, different user roles can view different data based on their responsibilities. Here's a detailed breakdown of who can access whose scorecards:
   • All Users can see their own personal Learning and Coaching scorecards, which provide visibility into their individual progress and performance data needed for personal development and learning tracking.
   • Learning Administrators can see all learning and coaching scorecards for every user in the organization, allowing them to manage, monitor, and ensure compliance with learning initiatives across the entire organization.
   • Learning Managers can see all learning and coaching scorecards for all users in the organization to manage learning initiatives effectively.
   • Managers and Group Managers can see learning and coaching scorecards for their direct reports and group members, enabling them to monitor team development and coaching progress.
   • Folder Administrators can view presentation data in folders where they have administrative privileges, providing visibility into content performance and usage in their managed folders.
   • Learning Authors can see scorecards for content they have created, allowing them to track usage and measure learning outcomes for their training materials.
   • Head Coaches can see all coaching data and scorecards for every user in the organization, giving them full visibility into managing coaching program effectiveness and monitoring progress.
   • Authors can view scorecards for presentations they have created, helping them assess the effectiveness of their content.
