Do this step by step
To view a group Scorecard
- Open Scorecards.
- Click the People tab from the menu at the top.
- Select Groups from the dropdown menu.
Click the group name or click the three dot button on the right side and select the Scorecard.
Tip: From the grid, you can also highlight a group to navigate directly to its scorecard when needed.
Panels in a group Scorecard
- Enrollments: Shows all course and curriculum enrollments for users in the selected group. For each member, you can see their enrollment status either not started, in progress, completed, or overdue, giving you a clear picture of where the group stands across active learning assignments.
- Group Time Series: A trend chart that tracks group-level learning metrics over a selected time period. It shows how key indicators like completion rates and average scores have changed over time, helping managers spot patterns, measure progress, and identify when performance started shifting.
- All Completed Enrollments % & Average Scores for Courses & Coaching: Summarizes two key indicators side by side the percentage of enrollments completed, and the average score, broken out separately for courses and coaching activities. This gives you a quick read on how thoroughly the group is engaging with training and how well they're performing across both types of learning.
- Coaching Data by Group: Shows coaching-specific performance data for the group. Includes the number of coaching submissions, average coaching scores, and how the group compares to company-wide averages. Helps managers understand where coaching efforts are landing and which team members may need more support.
