• Roles and Permissions: Company administrator, learning administrator, learning manager, or users with Scorecards access

Do this step by step

1. Open Scorecards.
2. Click the People tab, then select Coaches from the dropdown menu.
3. Review the Coach Insights table for a snapshot of coaching activity across your team:
   • Summary tiles across the top: Total coaches, Average days to complete reviews, Average word count, Average score, and Total activities.
   • Table columns: Number of activities, Days to complete review, Reviews/Submissions, Percentage of reviews with comments, Comments – average word count, and Rating Distribution.
4. Click Date Range to adjust the reporting period (for example, Last 365 Days) or set a custom range, then click Apply.
5. Click a coach's name to open their individual scorecard, where you can view their curriculum breakdown, notes, and coaching activity in detail.
