You need this to succeed

  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Learning, Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles and Privileges: Company administrator, learning administrator, learning manager, group manager, or users with Scorecards access

Do this step by step

  1. Open Scorecards.
  2. Select your desired layout from the Scorecards Home page to view your data.
  3. Review the following common terms and definitions to accurately interpret your metrics:
    • All Enrollments: The total number of enrollments across all activity types, grouped by enrollment date. This excludes self-enrollments.
    • Completed: The number of completed enrollments for all activity types, grouped by the completion date.
    • Incomplete: The number of incomplete enrollments for all activity types, grouped by the enrollment date.
    • Completion %: The percentage of enrollments with a completion date for all activity types.
    • Total Number of Checklist Items: The total count of checklist activities in a course.
    • Total Number of Completed Checklist Items: The count of completed checklist activities in a course.
    • Checklist Items Remaining: A calculated metric that shows the count of incomplete checklist items.
    • Actions: Automated workflow steps triggered by specific conditional logic using your panel metrics.
    • Readiness scores: A single percentage reflecting overall readiness by weighting training completions, assessment scores, and coaching activity.
    • Usage Report: A layout that monitors platform adoption across users, presentations, learning, and coaching.
  4. Click any underlined cell data to drill down into specific metric details.
     

Note: The All Enrollments total may not equal the sum of the Completed and Incomplete columns because the data displays totals according to the specific date range selected for the panel.
