Do this step by step
Enable Scorecards for different user roles:
- Click your profile image and select Administration.
- Click Company from the left menu, then select Scorecards.
Check the box for the specific user role you want to grant access to.
Note: Enabling the 'All Users' setting will automatically enable access for every role in your account, including standard students and end users.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
Enable the Management Hierarchy view:
Note: Managers must be properly assigned within user profiles for the Management Hierarchy view to correctly populate data.
- Click the Scorecards tab to open Scorecards in a new browser tab.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Select Company in the left menu.
- Scroll to the Instance section.
- Toggle on Management Hierarchy View.
- Click Save.
Tip: Once enabled, you can access this feature in Scorecards by clicking the People tab and selecting Management Hierarchy.
