Do this step by step

Enable Scorecards for different user roles:

1. Click your profile image and select Administration.
2. Click Company from the left menu, then select Scorecards.

3. Check the box for the specific user role you want to grant access to.

   Note: Enabling the 'All Users' setting will automatically enable access for every role in your account, including standard students and end users.

4. Click Save to submit your changes.

Enable the Management Hierarchy view:

Note: Managers must be properly assigned within user profiles for the Management Hierarchy view to correctly populate data.

1. Click the Scorecards tab to open Scorecards in a new browser tab.
2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
3. Select Company in the left menu.
4. Scroll to the Instance section.
5. Toggle on Management Hierarchy View.
6. Click Save.

Tip: Once enabled, you can access this feature in Scorecards by clicking the People tab and selecting Management Hierarchy.
