Manage Scorecards layout

A layout in Scorecards saves your customized data views, including added panels and applied filters. You can return to exactly the information you need without rebuilding your setup each time you log in.

Do this step by step

Edit Panels in a Scorecard

  1. Open Scorecards.
  2. Go to the scorecard you want to edit.
  3. Click the three dot button in the bottom-right corner.
  4. Edit the layout using any of the following actions:
    • Add a new panel
    • Reorder panels
    • Resize panels
    • Remove all panels
  5. Once done, click the three dot button again and select Save layout.
  6. Enter a title for the layout and click Save.

Manage visibility of the Panel in the Scorecard

  1. Open Scorecards home page.
  2. Click the three dot button and select Manage layout.
  3. Under the Page dropdown, select the scorecard where you want to change panel visibility.
  4. Hover over a panel name and click the pencil icon.
  5. To manage visibility, set Visible to as one of the following:
    • All users
    • Only you
    • Custom
  6. Click Save.

Delete a Panel from the Scorecard

  1. Open Scorecards home page.
  2. Click the three dot button and select Manage layout.
  3. Under the Page dropdown, select the scorecard where you want to delete a panel.
  4. To delete a single panel, hover over the panel name, click the trash icon, then click Delete to confirm.
