Content performance in Scorecards gives you centralized visibility into analytics and engagement across presentations, courses, curriculums, and coaching activities so you can identify trending content and monitor completion progress.

  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Learning, Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles and Permissions: Company administrator, learning administrator, learning manager, group manager, or users with Scorecards access

Do this step by step

  1. Open Scorecards.
  2. Click the Content tab.
  3. Select the content you want to analyze. Click the content name or the Scorecard icon on the right to view the detailed scorecard layout for that item.

Curriculums

The Curriculums report gives you a complete view of how your learning programs are performing, from high-level enrollment trends down to individual rep progress.

Access and explore curriculum data

  1. Navigate to Scorecards and select the Content tab.
  2. Click Curriculums. The All Curriculums list opens, displaying every curriculum in your organization with the following columns:
    • Enrolled for All Time: Total number of learners ever enrolled
    • Completions: Number of learners who completed the curriculum
    • Last Modified: The date the curriculum was most recently updated
  3. To narrow the list, use the Author filter or type a curriculum name in the search bar.
  4. Click a curriculum name to open its detail page.
  5. Use the following widgets to analyze performance. Each widget has its own date range control so you can focus on the period that matters most:
    • Curriculum Summary: A snapshot of key metrics including Folder, Enrollment Type, Completion Rate, Enrollments, Completions, and Incompletes
    • Curriculum Breakdown by Course: Completion data broken down per course
    • Enrollments by Rep: Individual learner enrollment and progress
    • Enrollment History: A trend chart showing how enrollment has changed over time

Coaching Activities

The Coaching Activities report lets you track how coaching activities are being used and completed across your team.

Access and explore coaching activity data

  1. Navigate to Scorecards and select the Content tab.
  2. Click Coaching Activities. The All Coaching Activities list opens with the following columns:
    • Enrolled for All Time: Total number of learners ever enrolled
    • Completions: Number of learners who completed the activity
    • Last Modified: The date the activity was most recently updated
  3. To narrow the list, filter by Author or use the File Type filter. File Type includes three content types:
    • Coaching Activity
    • Coaching Course
    • Roleplay Activity
  4. Click a coaching activity name to open its detail page.
  5. Use the following widgets to review performance:
    • Coaching Activity Summary: An overview of key activity metrics
    • Activity Details: Contextual information about the activity
    • Reviewer Insights: Feedback and scoring from reviewers
    • Enrollment and Completion Trend: A chart tracking enrollment and completion over time
    • Enrollments by Rep: Individual learner enrollment and progress

Presentations

The Presentations report shows how your content is performing in terms of views and engagement.

Access and explore presentation data

  1. Navigate to Scorecards and select the Content tab.
  2. Click Presentations. The All Presentations list opens with the following columns:
    • Name: The presentation title
    • Author: Who created it
    • # of Slides: Total slide count
    • All Time Views: Cumulative view count
    • Last Modified: The date it was most recently updated
    • Active: Whether the presentation is currently active
  3. To narrow the list, filter by Author or Folder. Use the Show Archived and Show Inactive toggles to include content that is hidden by default.

    Note: Inactive and archived presentations are hidden by default. Click the Filter icon in the upper-right corner to display the Show Archived and Show Inactive options.

  4. Click a presentation name to open its detail page.
  5. Use the following widgets to review performance:
    • Presentation Summary: A snapshot of key engagement metrics
    • Views Over Time: A chart showing how viewership has trended
    • Presentation Views: A detailed table of individual view records

Courses

The Courses report gives you visibility into course completion rates, enrollment data, and learner performance.

Access and explore course data

  1. Navigate to Scorecards and select the Content tab.
  2. Click Courses. The All Courses list opens with the following columns:
    • Name: The course title
    • Author: Who created it
    • Last Modified: The date it was most recently updated
    • Active: Whether the course is currently active
  3. To narrow the list, filter by File Type or Author. File Type includes four options:
    • Brainshark Course
    • Coaching Course
    • Course Event
    • With Assessment Data
  4. Use the Show Inactive toggle to include inactive courses in the list.
  5. Click a course name to open its detail page.
  6. Use the following widgets to review performance:
    • Course Summary: Shows Folder, Enrollment Type, Status, Completion Rate, Enrollments, Completions, and Average Test Score
    • Enrollments by Rep: Individual learner enrollment and progress
    • Course Trends: A chart tracking course completion trends over time
    • Enrollment History: A trend chart showing how enrollment has changed over time
