Do this step by step

1. Open Scorecards.
2. Click the Content tab.
3. Select Courses from the dropdown.
4. Locate the course whose question responses you want to review.
5. Hover over the course title and click the three dot menu on the right.
6. Select Go to Assessment Data.
7. Click a question from the list on the left to see the correct answers and which users answered correctly or incorrectly.
8. Scroll down to the Questions and Answers panel to view each user's attempt history.
