Brainshark Readiness Scorecards help organizations measure sales readiness by tracking training completion, engagement, and assessment performance. Scorecards calculate an overall readiness percentage based on weighted learning and coaching activities. Configuring Scorecards settings allows administrators to control which user roles can access readiness data and performance metrics within the Brainshark site.

• Plan: Bigtincan Basic Learning, Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Roles and Privileges: Company Administrator

Do this step by step

1. Click your profile drop-down menu and select Administration.
2. Click Company in the left-hand menu, then select Scorecards.
3. Check the box for the specific user role that you want to grant Scorecards access to. When a user is assigned multiple roles, all associated permissions are included.
   • All Users: Allow access to personal Learning and Coaching data
   • Learning Administrators: Allow access to all Learning and Coaching data for all users
   • Learning Managers: Allow access to all Learning and Coaching data for all users
   • Managers and Group Managers: Allow access to all Learning and Coaching data for:
     • Assigned Managers on another user's profile
     • Managers assigned to a group
   • Folder Administrators: Allow access to presentation data within folders where administrative privileges have been given
   • Learning Authors: Allow access to authored presentation and learning data
   • Head Coaches: Allow access to all Coaching data for all users
   • Authors: Allow access to the authored presentations data
4. Click Save to submit your changes.
