Do this step by step
Upload global background audio:
- Click your profile and select Administration.
- Click Company from the left menu.
- Click Media library, then select Background Audio.
- Click Add background audio to open the file browser.
- Select an MP3 file from your device that is no larger than 200 MB, then click Open.
- To make it available to presentation authors, find it in the list and enable the Availability toggle.
- To preview the audio file, click the play icon.
- You can download, replace, rename, and delete the file by clicking the three dot menu.
Set the default question slide template:
- Click your profile and select Administration.
- Click Company from the left menu.
- Click Presentations, then select Question Slides.
- In the Legacy question slides section, check Use custom background image for question slides.
- Click Choose File to browse for your image. The image must be in a JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
- Set the Font, Font size, Text color, and Poll graph color.
- Drag the questions and buttons to their appropriate positions on the question slide.
- Click Save.
