Do this step by step

Upload global background audio:

1. Click your profile and select Administration.
2. Click Company from the left menu.
3. Click Media library, then select Background Audio.
4. Click Add background audio to open the file browser.
5. Select an MP3 file from your device that is no larger than 200 MB, then click Open.
6. To make it available to presentation authors, find it in the list and enable the Availability toggle.
7. To preview the audio file, click the play icon. 
8. You can download, replace, rename, and delete the file by clicking the three dot menu.

Set the default question slide template:

1. Click your profile and select Administration.
2. Click Company from the left menu.
3. Click Presentations, then select Question Slides.
4. In the Legacy question slides section, check Use custom background image for question slides.
5. Click Choose File to browse for your image. The image must be in a JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
6. Set the Font, Font size, Text color, and Poll graph color.
7. Drag the questions and buttons to their appropriate positions on the question slide.
8. Click Save.
