Customize Brainshark to better match your corporate branding by uploading your company logo, which will replace the Brainshark logo in the upper left of the application and scale automatically across multiple areas of the platform. You can also adjust the app's accent color to align with your brand, and your chosen color will be applied throughout Brainshark, including buttons, sliders, icons, and menus, depending on the platform you use.

Do this step by step

Add a company logo

1. Click your user profile and select Administration.
2. Click Company on the left menu.
3. Click Media Library.
4. Select Company Logo.

5. In the Upload Company Logo section, click Choose file to locate the image on your device.

   Note: The logo must be a .gif, .png, or .jpg image that is 174 pixels wide by 56 pixels high to avoid distortion.

6. You can enter a URL in the Company Web Link field to launch a website when a viewer clicks your logo.
7. Click Save.

Note: You can’t revert to the previous logo after saving.

Set a primary accent color

1. Click your user profile and select Administration.
2. Click Company on the left menu.
3. Click General.
4. Scroll down to the Primary Color section.
5. Click the down arrow to open the color picker.

6. Select a color from the picker or type in a hex code. The button and highlight color changes as you select a new color in the picker. Review the preview screen layouts below before making your choice.

   Tip: To undo your color changes before saving, click Cancel or delete the text in the primary color box.

7. Click Save.
