Do this step by step
- Click your profile image, then select Administration.
- Click Company in the left-hand menu, then select General.
- Update the following settings based on your company's needs:
- Default Application: Set the default application or page users will see immediately after logging in to their accounts. You can choose from Content Portal, Favorites, My Content, Administration, My Enrollments, Course Catalog, My Courses & Curriculums, or Coaching.
- Email Report Options: Determines how reports are delivered via email:
- Never Zip Attachments ensures reports are sent in their original format.
- Always Zip Attachments sends all documents in a zipped folder.
- Quick Login: Give users "Remember Me" privileges to save their username and password to their computers for faster login.
- Forget Password: Allow users to have new passwords assigned and emailed to them.
- Manager Group Creation: Enables automatic creation and updating of user groups based on the manager assigned to each user's profile.
- Session Timeout: Define the inactivity period (ranging from 15 minutes up to 24 hours) before a user is automatically logged out of their Brainshark session.
- Primary Color: Customize the primary UI accent color by selecting from a chart or entering a hex code to help align the Brainshark interface with your company's branding.
- Click Save to apply your changes. The Save button will not appear until a change is made on the page.
