Do this step by step

View average assessment and coaching scores via the Readiness Scores:

1. In Brainshark, click Scorecards to open Scorecards in a new browser tab.
2. From the Layouts drop-down menu, select Readiness Scores.

3. Use the date range and filters as needed to review the component breakdown and overall score.

   Note: Assessment scores are automatically averaged for the chosen period.

View the average reviewer score for a specific coaching activity:

1. In Brainshark, click Scorecards to open Scorecards in a new browser tab.
2. Click the Content tab and select Coaching Activities.
3. Search and filter to locate the coaching activity in the list.
4. Click the three dot menu on the coaching activity and select Go to Scorecard.
