Integrate external KPIs into Scorecards

Integrating Brainshark Readiness Scorecards with external systems such as Salesforce or Gong provides comprehensive visibility into your team's overall sales readiness. By adding external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), your organization can seamlessly map training completions against actual sales performance and conversational intelligence data to see exactly where reps are succeeding or where they might need additional help.

You need this to succeed

  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Content, Bigtincan Content, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Permissions: Company Administrator in Brainshark, and administrator credentials for Salesforce or Gong

Do this step by step

  1. Click Scorecards. This will open Scorecards in a new browser tab.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.
  4. Select Salesforce or Gong from the menu.
  5. Sign in to the external system when prompted.

    Note: You must log in as a Salesforce Administrator or a Gong Administrator to complete the authentication.

  6. The integration will be added to the list. Verify that a green check mark appears next to Authenticated in the Status column.

Note: Brainshark only reads data from Salesforce and Gong. It does not modify any of your external data.

Tip: Brainshark automatically matches Salesforce or Gong users to Brainshark users based on User ID, email address, and then full name. If none of those items match, you can manually map the users from within Scorecards.

Salesforce metrics

Objects: The following Salesforce objects are brought into Scorecards:

  • Users
  • User Roles
  • Profiles
  • Opportunities
  • Task/Activity

Sales KPIs: The following seven Sales KPIs are generated as metrics in Scorecards:

  • Opportunities Created
  • Pipeline Created
  • Opportunities Won
  • Bookings
  • ASP (Average Sales Price)
  • Close Rate
  • Sales Cycle (days)

Gong metrics

The following Gong data are generated as metrics in Scorecards:
