Run student transcript and enrollment reports

Run Brainshark Learning reports to track student enrollment, completion progress, scores, and transcript data across courses and curriculums. These reports help you see whether learners are progressing as expected, confirm training completions, and review results across your learning programs.

  • Use enrollment reports to review who enrolled in training and when they viewed it.
  • Use transcript reports to review learner progress, completion status, scores, and credits.

Do this step by step

Run a Course Enrollment report

  1. Click the Reporting tab.
  2. Click Learning under the Standard Reports section.
  3. Click Course Enrollment.
  4. Click Edit in the Actions column.
  5. On the Report Basics tab, click Find next to Courses.
  6. In the Select a Course pop-up window, select one or more courses. You can also use options such as Show only my courses, Include inactive and expired courses, and Include archived courses before selecting a course. Click Submit.
  7. Under Dates, adjust the Enrolled Within and Viewed Within date ranges as needed.
  8. Under Output, choose your preferred format, such as Comma-delimited CSV or PDF.
  9. Choose how to receive the report:
    • On-screen only
    • Email to
    • File transfer (FTP/SFTP/FTPS)
  10. Click Run Report.

Run a Curriculum Enrollment report

  1. Click the Reporting tab.
  2. Click Learning under the Standard Reports section.
  3. Click Curriculum Enrollment.
  4. Click Edit in the Actions column.
  5. On the Report Basics tab, click Find next to Curriculums.
  6. In the Select Curriculum window, search for the curriculum and select it.
  7. Under Dates, adjust the Enrolled Within and Viewed Within date ranges as needed.
  8. Choose your preferred Output format.
  9. Choose whether to view the report on screen, email it, or send it by file transfer.
  10. Click Run report.

Run a Student Transcript report

  1. Click the Reporting tab.
  2. Click Learning under the Standard Reports section.
  3. Click Student Transcript.
  4. Click Edit in the Actions column.
  5. On the Report Basics tab, choose one of these options:
    • All courses in folder.
    • Presentation ID to run the report for a specific course.
    • Curriculum ID to run the report for a specific curriculum.
  6. If you choose a specific course or curriculum, click Find and select the item from the pop-up window.
  7. For course selection, the pop-up window includes a Submit button after you select one or more courses.
  8. If you choose All courses in folder, you can also select Include subfolders.
  9. Select the Date range for the enrollment period.
  10. Choose your preferred Output format.
  11. Open the Report Options tab to review any available output options or filters for the report.
  12. Click Run report.

Note: Student Transcript is for reporting on students enrolled in selected courses, including score and viewing information. My Transcript is the learner-facing version that lets a user review their own enrollments, completion status, and credits.
