Run standard viewing and enrollment reports

Use Brainshark standard reports to see, for example, who viewed your presentation, when they viewed it, and how much time they spent on it. You can also use standard reports to track course and curriculum enrollment and learning activity.

  • For presentation-level viewing data, use the Content reports.
  • For course and curriculum enrollment and learning activity, use the Learning reports.

  • Roles & Privileges: Author, Administrator, Manager

Do this step by step

  1. Click Reporting.
  2. Click Content or Learning under the Standard Reports section on the left.
  3. Choose the report you want to run from the table.

    For example, click Content, select Viewing Details by Presentation to see who viewed a specific presentation, when they viewed it, and for how long.

  4. Click Edit in the Actions column.
  5. On the Report Basics tab, select the folders or specific content you want to include.
  6. Select your desired time frame from the Date range drop-down menu.
  7. Choose an Output format, such as CSV or PDF.
  8. Click the Report Options tab to select which columns to include in your report.
  9. Click Run Report in the top right corner.

Note: If the report data is too large, you might need to break it into smaller reports by adjusting the date ranges. Available filters, columns, and output formats may vary by report.

Tip: Choose the CSV output format for the greatest flexibility when sorting and filtering your data.
