- Roles and Privileges: Content author
Do this step by step
- Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
- Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you want to add a tracking code to.
- Hover over the presentation thumbnail image and click Share icon in the bottom.
- In the Send email tab, enter the learners' email addresses in the To field.
- Go down and check the Enable tracking code checkbox.
Enter your desired code into the Tracking Code box under the body of the email message.
Note: Do not use spaces or special characters in the tracking code field. Tracking codes are appended to presentation links and are visible to recipients, so you may want to disguise them using a numeric code or reversed letters.
