Track viewer clickpaths and slide interactions

The Viewer Clickpath Details report allows you to see the exact order of slides viewed and attachments accessed by each viewer. This helps you understand how someone navigated through a presentation, which slides they skipped or revisited, and whether they downloaded any attachments.

You need this to succeed

  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Content, Bigtincan Content, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles & Privileges: Author, Administrator

Do this step by step

  1. Click the Reporting tab.
  2. Click Content on the left side under the Standard Reports section.
  3. Click the Viewer Clickpath Details report.
  4. On the Report Basics tab, specify your report options.
  5. Select the specific presentation or folder you want to report on.
  6. Select your desired time frame from the Date range drop-down menu.

    Note: Clickpath reports can only be run for up to one year prior to the current date. Selecting a date range older than one year will result in an error.

  7. Select your preferred report Output format.

    Tip: Brainshark recommends using the CSV format.

  8. Click the Report Options tab to choose your sorting options and report columns.

    Tip: Selecting and highlighting a report column displays a brief description of what information it will gather.

  9. In the View options section, check the box to Include previews to see views from authors or administrators.
  10. Click the Filters tab to narrow your results to a specific viewer or group of viewers.
  11. Click Run Report. The report will download to your device for you to review.

    Tip: To see if a viewer launched an attachment, check the ClickStreamActivity column in your report for the text "Launch" followed by the attachment name or URL.
