For One Media Item Follow Ups:
There are two ways to send a single media item as a follow up.
When viewing media: If the user would like to send follow up when viewing a media item, he or she can push the "Share" button located in the upper right hand corner. Users will see "Send as Follow Up Now" appear as an option:
Push the "Send as Follow Up Now" option. The device email application will open up. Enter a recipient email address and press send. The follow up will be sent to the end recipient.
If you are choosing media from a category or Media Library: Users can also send media content from the category or Media Library. Simply find the media item, tap the plus sign (+) in the upper right corner and choose 'Add to Follow Up'. This will place the media in the Follow Up folder. Users will see a number badge added to the bottom navigation bar. Tap the Follow Up button to open:
To send the Follow Up, push "Send Follow Up" in the upper right corner:
This will open the email application. Add the recipient's address, and tap the "send" button.
Sending Follow-ups with multiple documents:
If you would like to pick media and create a multi media Follow Up: Follow the steps above to add media to the Follow Up folder. As the user adds pieces of media, they will see the badge number on the navigation bar increase.
Once the user is ready to send, simply push Follow Up button to open the folder, find "Send Follow Up" in upper right corner and push. The steps are the same as when sending a single piece.
If you want to send an entire Agenda as a Follow Up:

A menu will open with options, push "Add all to Follow Up" and the user will see the badge number on the Follow Up button change to the number of media items they have just added:
When ready to send, open the Follow Up folder and select "Send Follow Up" in the upper right corner. The native email application to the device will open with the media inside:
