Media Manager - Adding and Managing Owners

Owners of certain actionable items within designated pages can be selected within Media Manager.  Owners can be added to individual items in the following pages:  

• Regions
• User Roles
• Categories
• Groups
• and Distributors (where applicable) 

An owner or owners can be added for each regions, user role, category, or distributor created.  A designated owner is someone who is the subject matter expert assigned to answer any questions a user and may be responsible for the asset.  

To add an owner, tap on the "Owner" label: 

Next, select your owner or owners and tap "Save" in the modal:

Finally, tap "Save" in the bottom right hand corner of the page to ensure your updates are retained.
