If you are a Learning Administrator attempting to edit or delete a course within your organization’s Brainshark site, and you are receiving the message “You cannot access Course Authoring,” this is due to your company's settings. Your organization’s Company Administrator will need to submit a request to Support to have the option to “Enable Learning Admins to Edit and Delete Courses” be activated.
Once Bigtincan Support receives this request from your organization’s Company Administrator, it will be assigned to our Site Administrator to make the change.
