How To Create a Checklist Course

Learning Authors are able to create a Course consisting of items for the User to Complete, providing a structured approach for focusing on specific tasks while monitoring the User's progress.

Creating a Checklist Course:

  1. Navigate to the Learning tab.
  2. Select Create Course.
  3. Select Checklist Course from the dropdown menu.
  4. Provide a Title and, if needed, change the folder. A Title will be required to continue.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Select Edit Checklist to add Instructions for the User to follow.
  7. Select Add New Item to begin adding Checklist Items.
  8. Select Apply to Save.

 

Please note: Brainshark recommends no more than 50 items in a checklist.
