How to Edit Course with Session Registration Emails 

When creating an open enrollment Course with Multiple Sessions, students can enroll in the course without immediately selecting a specific session. Once the student is enrolled, they will receive a Course With Sessions Registration E-mail notifying them they need to complete their registration.  

The contents of this email can be modified by doing the following:  

  1. Navigate to Administration.
  2. Select Learning on the left hand Settings Menu.
  3. Select the Manage Templates from the drop down.
  4. Scroll down to the  Course With Sessions RegistrationE-mail.
  5. Edit the content of the email 
  6. After changes have been made click Save in the top right

NOTE: Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the e-mail body and subject line. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.
