Please follow these instructions to correct the issue.
- Log into Salesforce
- Go to the Brainshark Setup tab
- Click on the Manage Brainshark/Salesforce Integration
- If you do not already have an existing Brainshark session you will be prompted to login and should do so with Brainshark Company Admin Credentials
- Click on this URL https://www.brainshark.com/1/integrations/en/integrations
- Click on the Actions menu for the Salesforce integration profile and click Edit
- Click the disconnect button and then click Connect (you will need to authenticate into Salesforce as the dedicated Integration user or a Salesforce Administrator)
