Salesforce Mobile App Network Test

To help troubleshoot viewing and or slow performance issues when viewing content in the Salesforce Mobile App on a mobile device (iPad) follow these instructions.

 

On your iPad in the Salesforce Mobile app tap your profile avatar in the upper left, then select "Settings". Then select "Test My Network" and select Test. Once the results appear you can take a screenshot by holding down the Power button and the Home button at the same time until you hear the iPad camera "click". Once you have a screenshot of the results please send them back for the support team.
