OAuth 2 authentication for the Brainshark CRM Connector for Salesforce

If you encounter an issue connecting via this new passwordless connection here are some suggestions.

1.  Add the Brainshark Application IP address to your list of allowed login ranges for the sync users profile.

2. Relax IP Restrictions for the Brainshark Connected app.

4. Check for browser extensions that could be blocking the connection.

5. If User Sync is not being used then deleting the integration from the Manage Integrations page and creating it again might help.  If User Sync is being used be sure to copy all settings from the mappings and the reportid being used.

6. Are you using latest version of the connector? if not update then try again.
