To assist Brainshark Support with troubleshooting an issue with the Data that has been synced to Salesforce we may ask for an export of the data from one of the Brainshark Custom Objects in your Salesforce instance. This Salesforce function is typically only available to a Salesforce System Admin.
From the SalesForce Setup tab, search for Data Export in quick find, click Export now.
Then choose the objects you need the data from then slick Start Export:
