Only one guest audio request can be active at a time, per presentation. If you generate a new voice request, the previous request will no longer be active, and anyone who tries to access it will receive an error.
If you have more than one person narrating, we recommend creating a separate presentation for each guest recorder that contains only the slides you want them to record. This allows you to send out all requests at once with each guest recorder only having access to the slides you choose. Once all guest audio recordings are submitted, Merge Content can be used to combine all sections into one presentation.
To send multiple guest audio requests when creating a new presentation:
- Separate the PowerPoint into individual files, one for each guest.
- Go to Create in Brainshark to upload the first section as its own presentation.
- Repeat for each section you need (one per guest).
- Send the guest audio invitation for each by going to Manage Audio then Request Audio.
- Click Send New Guest Voice Request
- Enter the email address for your guest and adjust any settings as needed.
- Click Send Invitation.
- Repeat for each PowerPoint section.
- Once all guest audio recordings are completed, merge the presentations back into a single presentation with Merge Content.
To send multiple guest audio requests from an existing presentation:
- From that presentation: Make a copy for each guest who will be recording audio.
- Remove slides from each presentation so that each guest only has access to the section of slides you want them to narrate over.
- Send the guest audio invitation for each section by going to Manage Audio then Request Audio.
