How Likert Scale Questions are reported:

The Question Results Summary report is determined using a numerical value

Strongly Agree = 2

Agree = 1

Neutral = 0

Disagree = -1

Strongly Disagree = -2

Using the calculations that caused Agree to appear was based on this math (# of Strongly Agree*2)+(# of Agree*1)+(# of Neutral*0)+(# of Strongly Disagree*-2) = TOTAL

DIVIDE that by the # of RESPONDENTS to determine what will show in the report.
