How to Edit the Coaching Course Reminder E-mail Template

The Challenge Course Reminder E-mail will be sent out to remind students to take a Coaching Activity course that they are enrolled in. The Challenge Course Reminder E-mail e-mail can be updated by a Company Administrator.

To update your existing template:

1. Navigate to Administration
2. Click on Learning > Manage Templates in the menu on the left.
3. Scroll down to the Coaching Course Reminder E-mail template and make desired changes
4. Click Submit

NOTE: Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the e-mail body and subject line. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.
