If your Brainshark course or presentation ends with a question slide, this may appear to the viewer that the presentation has frozen after they submit their answer. This is simply because there are no more slides to display.
The final question slide in a presentation should always be followed by a conclusion slide so the viewer is sure that their response has been recorded.
