Do this step by step
Enroll a user from the administration settings:
- Click your profile and select Administration.
- Click Users in the left menu, then select Manage users.
- Search for the user, hover over their name, and click the three dot menu.
- Select Enrollments.
- Click Add at the top of the page and select Courses or Curriculums.
- Check the box next to the courses or curriculums you want to assign.
- Click Add and invite.
Unenroll a user from the administration settings:
- Click your profile, then click Administration.
- Click Users from the left menu, then select Manage users.
- Search for the user, hover over their name, and click the three dots under the actions column.
Select Enrollments from the drop-down menu.
Note: You can only remove an enrollment for an active user. If the user is inactive, check the box for User's Account is Active under the user properties section and click Submit before proceeding.
- Check the box next to the enrollment you want to remove from current enrollments.
- Click Unenroll from the tabs next to the search box.
