  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Content, Bigtincan Content, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles and Privileges: Company Administrator or Learning Administrator

Do this step by step

  1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner and select Administration.
  2. Click Learning from the left-hand menu, then select Manage Templates.
  3. Scroll to the specific template you want to update, such as the Course Registration E-mail, Course Reminder E-mail, Non registered user course invitation, or Course certificate.
  4. Edit the text in the email body or subject line. You can use case-sensitive parameters to automatically fill in data. Common parameters include {{StudentFirstName}}, {{CourseName}}, {{CourseURL}}, and {{DueDate}}.
  5. Click HTML (Optional) if you want to add an image to your email or use other rich text editing options, such as bold, italics, or bulleted lists.
  6. To add an image, click the image icon from the formatting header, paste the image URL, and click Insert.
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.
