Do this step by step
- Click your profile and select Administration from the drop-down menu.
- Click Learning from the left menu and select Learning Settings.
- In the Basic Settings section, check the Enable Learning Badges box.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: When enabled, the badges apply to all users in the account and cannot be turned off for individual users. The system occasionally sends badge progress emails to users while this setting is enabled. The only way to stop these emails is to turn off the learning badges setting for the entire site.
