- Roles and Privileges: Company Administrator, Learning Administrator, or Learning Author
Do this step by step
- Navigate to Learning, then select My Courses & Curriculums.
- Hover over the learning activity and click the three dot menu on the right.
- Hover over Enroll and select Manage enrollments.
- Click the Settings button.
- In the Auto enrollment section, Select Enabled from the drop-down menu.
- In the Upon drop-down menu, choose whether the new enrollment should trigger upon Enrollment or Completion.
- Select either Enroll in this course or curriculum again or Enroll in a different course or curriculum.
- If students will be enrolled in a different learning activity, click Select to search for and choose the specific destination course or curriculum.
- To notify students about their new assignment, select the include enrollment invitations box.
- If students will be enrolled in a different learning activity, click Select to search for and choose the specific destination course or curriculum.
- Select when the enrollment should occur under the When section. You can choose to trigger the new enrollment Immediately, On a date, or After time has passed.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
