How do I export slides?

Brainshark readiness authors can now export all PowerPoint and Google-based slides from a Brainshark Presentation or Learning Course into a single PPT file, including the latest slide notes. This makes it easy to update your presentation and replace all slides at once!

How to Export Slides:

1. Open your Brainshark presentation in the Modern Authoring edit mode.
2. Select Slides from the top left menu.
3. Select the option to Export Slides.
4. Download the exported PPT file—Brainshark slide notes will be included.

Note:

• This will only gather the PowerPoint or Google format slides.
• Question slides, HTML5, or video slides will not be downloaded.
• Exporting slides is currently available individually per individual presentation or course. We currently do not have a bulk functionality for this.
• All slides created from PowerPoint or Google Slides will be combined into a single .pptx file for download.
