How do I find a list of all Learning Administrators in my site?

If you are a Company Administrator, you will be able to find a list of all Learning Administrators in your Brainshark site through the reporting tab.

To generate a list of all Learning Administrators:

• Select the Reporting tab
• In the left-hand menu under Standard Reports, select Administration
• Select the User Bulk Download report and run this report
• In the CSV report, select column "AD" titled "IsLearningAdmin"
  • 1 in this column shows the user is a Learning Administrator
  • 0 in this column shows the user is not a Learning Administrator
• Filter this report to show only the number 1 in this column. After, the remaining list will show all Learning Administrators.
