To include the data collected from a Guestbook enabled presentation you will need to add the fields to your report through the Report Options tab on select reports.
Additionally, if you have included the Viewer Info column, the first and last name provided in the guestbook will appear in brackets, for example, [last,first], in the report. Also, any e-mail addresses associated with the view or provided in the guestbook will also populate with the Viewer column.
The fields you can add pertaining to your Guestbook are:
GB First Name
GB Last Name
GB Phone Number
