At times, an author or administrator may want to make a copy of an existing scheduled report. This can be useful if the original creator has a status or permission change or when making multiple similar reports.
To create a copy of an existing scheduled report:
- Navigate to Reporting and then click Scheduled Reports.
- Click the name of the report you want to create a copy of.
- When the report loads, you can make any changes you need to (these will not affect the original).
- Once your edits have been made, change the 'Run report' dropdown to schedule nightly/weekly/monthly or save as a template.
- You will then be able to choose a report name and set up any remaining parameters (such as start/end date).
- Finally, click 'Save' in the top right to save this new report or template.
