How can I copy a scheduled report?

At times, an author or administrator may want to make a copy of an existing scheduled report. This can be useful if the original creator has a status or permission change or when making multiple similar reports. 


To create a copy of an existing scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Reporting and then click Scheduled Reports.
  2. Click the name of the report you want to create a copy of.
  3. When the report loads, you can make any changes you need to (these will not affect the original).
  4. Once your edits have been made, change the 'Run report' dropdown to schedule nightly/weekly/monthly or save as a template.
  5. You will then be able to choose a report name and set up any remaining parameters (such as start/end date).
  6. Finally, click 'Save' in the top right to save this new report or template.
