Why am I getting the error: "Invalid Date Range" when running a Clickpath Report?

Content Authors, Folder Administrators, Learning Administrators, and Company Administrators can run the Viewer Clickpath Details and Viewer Clickpath Summary Reports under Brainshark Reporting. If you run the report for a date range older than a year, it will result in the following error: "Invalid date range; start date cannot be older than [Date] for this report."

Clickpath Reports can only be run for up to a year previous to the current date. To resolve this error, you will need to narrow the date range to within a year of today's date.
